The position is based in Ahmedabad and requires 0-3 years of experience in the field. The salary offered ranges from INR 15,000 to 30,000. The job timings are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. You should have a Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience or a Diploma with 12+ years of experience. As an RCM, you will be responsible for various project activities such as starting and ending projects as per requirements, planning manpower and store management, preparing detailed bill of quantities and estimates, designing earthing systems and lightning protection, supervising site activities, executing work as per client design and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, you will be involved in installation, testing, and commissioning of various electrical equipment, coordinating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and company procedures. Your role will also include coordinating with stores for material inspection and issue, working on permits, billing, material issues, and gate entry passes, raising requests for site modification drawings and documents, conducting tests, inspections, and calibrations, and ensuring compliance with safety practices and procedures. You will be responsible for commissioning systems, troubleshooting problems, managing maintenance activities, inventory control, and coordinating audits. Additionally, you will be required to follow maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with company's ISO quality procedures, and participate in meetings with various stakeholders to discuss site changes and requirements. How you will do it To Render commissioning for security System Should have strong domain knowledge of Security System (JCI, Lenel, Milestone, Genetec, Gallagher etc. ) Security System commissioning and programming for Simplex Panels, certification would be an added advantage. Configuring the Server & Workstation Configuring the Security System Floor Graphics implementation and documentation. Testing equipments on site Demonstrate adherence to operational process requirements to drive efficiency Ensure quality assurance and defect free hardware and software package delivery Adherence with all processes and guidelines to execute project within timeline Should be able to maintain assigned KPIs and should own to meet them. Achieving customer satisfaction by completing the work on time. Maintaining relationships with key influencers / decision-makers with customer organizations to get the certifications on work done Coordinate with other vendors for interface Co-ordination with the Architects, Clients and Contractors at various stages of the project Managing team of site engineers & Technicians working under and supporting on technical aspects to resolve the customer query / issues at sites What we look for ME/BE/ Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication) 5-8 years experience in security system commissioning is mandatory. Lenel/ Genetec/ Milestone/ JCI/ AMAG Certified Engineers will have added advantage Other system design and commissioning will be added advantage. We are looking for experienced Security Access Control Technical Engineer with strong expertise in CCURE 9000, Genetec Security Desk, and Genetec Mission Control at least at a configurator level with certifications. The role involves installation, configuration, migration, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of these security systems to ensure seamless operations and optimisation. A good understanding of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) , including backup strategies, system recovery, Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) , is essential. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and integrating security solutions for access control, video surveillance, and incident management , ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct security audits, improve system resilience, and provide technical support, system optimisation, and stakeholder training to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Project Implementation: Install, configure, migration planning, support and integrate CCURE 9000 for Access Control, Genetec Security Center- for CCTV and related operations and Genetec- Mission Control for incident response management. Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 level troubleshooting and incident resolution on above tools. Change & Incident Management: Implement and support Genetec Mission Control for security event handling, ensuring alignment with DRP strategies (RPO, RTO, backup & recovery planning). System Integration: Configure and integrate security systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices. Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to physical security standards, cybersecurity guidelines, and DRP protocols. Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, policies, and security procedures. Provide training to internal teams. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable security solutions and troubleshoot complex integrations . Experience & Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience working at the same or similar post with at least configurator level hands-on CCURE 9000, Genetec Security Desk and Genetec Mission Control. Experience of the above tools integration with VMS, Biometric, IDS, and together as per the requirements. Expertise in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), RPO, RTO, Backup & Recovery Procedures . Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IP cameras, cybersecurity best practices . Familiarity with Windows Server Administration, System Hardening, and Patch Management . Experience working with security industry standards and compliance frameworks.
