Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage domestic, regional, and global projects. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals are met. You are expected to have a working knowledge of IT solution development, data migration, and IT cyber security. Additionally, you will compile and drive documentation for projects to ensure accuracy and quality of regulatory data. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for project delivery in terms of time, scope, cost, quality, and successful outcomes - Serve as the key business/client contact for assigned projects, establishing working relationships that result in business/client satisfaction - Lead core project teams and facilitate cross-functional teamwork among internal and external stakeholders - Create and manage detailed Project Plans using approved PMO Tools, with clear work breakdown structures and role assignments - Partner with resource managers to identify and manage resources required for project execution - Understand project delivery strategy, costing assumptions, and budget for assigned projects - Deliver projects to scope, schedule, and costs, proactively managing change control processes - Lead quality control and risk assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet regulatory and business/client requirements - Manage variance to project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to professional standards and SOPs - Develop and maintain key project performance indicators and establish succession plans for key resources - Support presentations for new projects and client business as required - Provide line management and technical support to project leaders, including training, development, and performance reviews Qualifications Required: - University/college degree in Information Technology or relevant certification - Minimum of 12 years of IT project experience, including at least 2 years of full project management responsibility - Experience in managing office/property moves and IT setup - Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and IT technologies - Advanced computer skills and experience managing projects in a matrix and virtual environment - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple priorities, inspire teamwork, and utilize resources effectively - Financial awareness and knowledge of project management processes and methodologies - Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, negotiate with clients, and present to staff at all levels Additional Company Details: Omit this section as there are no additional company details provided in the job description.,
