Job Description

As the Global PMO Lead, your role involves establishing and leading a global PMO function across multiple regions. You will ensure consistent frameworks, tools, and governance practices are in place. Your responsibilities include driving enterprise-wide project portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution aligned with strategic goals. Additionally, overseeing large-scale client implementations, site transitions, rebadging, migrations, and business continuity programs will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, operations, IT, HR, and finance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery - Lead the design and rollout of PMO methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models - Monitor program risks, timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring timely escalations and corrective actions - Manage and mentor regional PMO leaders and project managers to drive a high-performance culture - Oversee reporting and executive dashboards on portfolio health, delivery status, and resource capacity - Support commercial teams with solution design, RFP responses, and due diligence for prospective clients - Lead change management efforts for process transformations, digital enablement, and organizational change Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field - MBA or Master's in a related discipline preferred - Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum advantageous - 15+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 8 years in a senior PMO or leadership capacity - Strong background in the BPO industry with experience managing global delivery programs The company expects you to have proven experience in client transitions, global ramp-ups, rebadging, and new site setup. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments is essential. You should also have experience in cost optimization, capacity planning, and client-facing project governance. Your required skills include strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, executive communication, and operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings. People leadership, team development capabilities across geographies, and a strategic mindset with a focus on business value delivery are crucial. You should also be able to lead in matrixed, multicultural environments and possess high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and stakeholder management expertise. A track record of mentoring and building high-performing PMO teams is essential. Preferred skills for this role include experience with digital transformation initiatives and knowledge of industry best practices in project management.,
