Senior Project Engineer

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, and managing performance. You will play a key role in stakeholder management by building and maintaining relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams. Your communication skills will be crucial in providing project progress updates and addressing any concerns that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor project expenditures and identify cost variances to implement corrective actions and stay within budget constraints. - Proactively identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues that arise to ensure project success. - Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and specifications to deliver high-quality results. - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through detailed reports, presentations, and status meetings to keep everyone informed. - Coach and guide junior project managers, sharing expertise and best practices to foster mentorship and development within the team. - Analyze complex project challenges, identify root causes, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and achieve objectives. - Manage project scope changes, communicate updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed to adapt to evolving project requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and internal teams. - Problem-solving abilities to analyze challenges and implement solutions to achieve project goals. - Knowledge of change management principles to adapt to project scope changes and ensure project alignment.
