We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead and execute automation and ELV projects with strong hands-on expertise in Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Automation Systems, PLC, DDC, and SCADA platforms.

Role Summary

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for complete project execution — from system design and programming to commissioning and handover — across BMS, Industrial Automation, and ELV systems.

The role requires deep knowledge of Schneider and Siemens automation ecosystems, DDC/PLC programming, and integration of HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring, fire, and access systems into unified control platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation project execution — including system design, programming, testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Work with Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO), EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME), and Siemens Desigo CC / PXC / SIMATIC PLC systems.
• Configure and program DDC Controllers, PLCs, and HMIs for various automation applications.
• Design control panels, I/O lists, and network architecture ensuring interoperability via BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and OPC protocols.
• Integrate ELV systems including Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, and Energy Management within unified BMS/SCADA platforms.
• Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) to validate control logic, communication, and system performance.
• Manage project documentation – control drawings, cable schedules, BOQs, and as-built layouts.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for on-site execution.
• Ensure timely project delivery in alignment with client specifications, safety codes, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth execution and material readiness.
• Provide client training and technical support post-installation.
• Maintain compliance with Schneider EcoXpert, Siemens automation, and ISO quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: B.E in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in Automation, BMS, and ELV projects.
• Hands-on expertise in Schneider EcoStruxure (EBO/PME) and Siemens Desigo /SIMATIC PLC systems.
• Strong knowledge of DDC, PLC, SCADA programming, and system integration.
• Sound understanding of control logic, energy management, HVAC automation, and lighting control systems.
• Experience with ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and PA systems.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other automation configuration tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects under tight schedules.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to travel for project sites across India.
