Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Coordinator(female) to oversee and manage various civil projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Track materials, resources, and work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Support project managers in resolving issues and implementing project changes.

Desired Skills:

• Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil
• Required Experiences: 2 - 5 yrs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
