Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Coordinator with 5 to 8 years of experience to support Agile software development teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong background in coordinating and managing projects in an Agile environment. This role involves facilitating collaboration between cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal Agile teams (developers, testers, UX/UI designers, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners) to align on project objectives and requirements.
• Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, sprint review notes, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.
• Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support release planning and coordinate deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and feedback sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail in maintaining project artifacts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels, different vendors and geographies effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar Agile certification.
• Experience working in software development or IT services industries.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
