Senior Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator/ Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing IT projects successfully. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and hands-on experience will be essential in ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage end-to-end project implementation activities. - Assist in planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Work directly with clients and partners to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. - Maintain project documentation and updates on platforms such as Smartsheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence. - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and assist in developing mitigation plans. - Support the technical team with deployment, testing, and integration tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation, preferably in Science stream or MCA. - Additional qualifications or certifications in Project Management or Implementation are preferred. - Strong technical understanding of the IT domain. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an external-facing role. - Proficiency in Smartsheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,
