Senior Project Coordinator

developer-owned real estate projects

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Architects, and MEP Consultants
• Track drawings, approvals, RFIs, and design changes
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical activities
• Prepare and circulate weekly / monthly MIS, progress reports, and dashboards
• Conduct coordination meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action closures
• Coordinate material planning, procurement inputs, and site requirements
• Track RA bills, certifications, and work progress
• Act as a single point of coordination between Site and HO teams
• Proactively identify and highlight risks, delays, and dependency issues

Estimation, Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs and BOQs
• Assist in project budgeting for new and ongoing projects
• Prepare rate analysis using current market benchmarks
• Support tendering activities, comparative statements, and contractor evaluation
• Monitor estimated vs actual costs and identify variances
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Update budgets for design changes and scope variations
• Support cost reconciliation and final cost reporting

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and execution methodology
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of 

  RERA provisions and developer-side compliance timelines

   (preferred)

Qualification & Experience

• BE / BTech Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years experience in Real Estate / Construction
• Developer-side experience preferred
