Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate residential construction projects from design to handover. The candidate should have strong coordination, planning, and communication skills to ensure timely project execution.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

Ensure quality and adherence to project standards.

Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.

Handle client communication and update on project milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Proven experience in residential project coordination.

Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.

Kannada language knowledge preferred.
