About You Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in administration Collaboration technologies such as Slack, Google Workspaces, O365 and others. Fluent with at least one of the following scripting languages such as PowerShell, MS Graph, JavaScript or others. Domain expertise in Google Workspaces Environment, Google Drives, Slack, Exchange Online or similar technologies. Other Qualifications: Experience working with ServiceNow for ITSM. ITIL certification is a plus. Expert in identifying gaps and finding solutions. Microsoft, Google or Slack product certifications are a plus.
