Location: Jalna, Maharashtra Company: TÜV SÜD South Asia Qualification: Graduate in Architecture Experience: Minimum 10 years (Commercial Projects) About the Role: TÜV SÜD South Asia is hiring a Project Architect to lead the planning, design, PMC (Project Management Consultancy), and execution of commercial building projects in Jalna, Maharashtra. This is a senior-level position ideal for someone with a strong background in architectural design, site coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural planning and design for commercial structures. Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts , and construction documentation . Oversee full PMC lifecycle —budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the project. Ensure adherence to local building codes, quality standards , and safety regulations . Handle project approvals, documentation , and stakeholder communication . Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. At least 10 years of experience in commercial architectural projects . Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp , and other architectural tools. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods , and regulatory norms . Excellent project management , team leadership , and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines. Show more Show less
