As a Senior Project Architect at the company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the entire architectural design process for transformative projects at one of the largest and fastest-growing Airport City. Your visionary approach and passion for creating sustainable, functional, and elegant spaces will be instrumental in shaping high-impact developments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead architectural design from ideation to execution for high-impact developments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver world-class designs. - Integrate urban planning principles, sustainability, and innovation into every project. - Prepare feasibility reports, scope of work, and design briefs. - Stay up to date with global architectural trends and best practices. **Qualification Required:** - B.Arch from premier institutes (SPA Delhi, IIT KGP, JJ College, or equivalent). - Masters in Urban Design (preferred). - Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and sustainable practices. - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and 3D Studio. - Excellent design management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to visualize, design in 3D, and bring ideas to life with precision and creativity.,
