Senior Project Architect

You are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Aparna Kaushik Design Group, a firm that merges European classicism with modernist tropical architecture, specializing in luxury estates and residences. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete cycle of the project, from client coordination to preparing high-quality construction documents, ensuring the design intent is maintained throughout. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with clients, in-house design teams, and consultants to ensure high-quality design and construction documents are produced. - Leading a team of project architects, assigning tasks efficiently for accurate and timely completion of construction documents. - Coordinating with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and visiting sites to oversee the construction process until handover. - Demonstrating strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors, and expertise in building structures and building codes. - Creating precise technical documents for construction projects and maintaining proper documentation of all coordination. - Mitigating delays, facilitating project team meetings, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. To be considered for this role, you must have: - A minimum of 9 years of experience. - A Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture from a reputed college. - Proficiency in Auto-CAD software. - Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality. - Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience in team handling.
