Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and healthcare/insurance programs.
Define program objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Drive governance processes, risk management, and change control activities.
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor program performance and provide executive-level reporting on status, issues, and dependencies.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project components.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the program team.
