Job Description

Lead and drive new product developments, product enhancements, customer deliverables, or internal initiatives.
Act as the bridge between
business requirements
and
engineering execution
to ensure successful delivery of key customer programs.
Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams
Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Customer Success to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Understand customer and partner technical requirements, and propose feasible architectural solutions aligned with Netradyne s product architecture.
Respond to technical questionnaires and contribute to RFPs for large prospects.
Develop a deep understanding of Netradyne s products, architecture, and APIs becoming the
subject matter expert (SME)
for published and upcoming functionalities.
Provide strategic inputs to engineering teams on improvements, scalability, and technical feasibility.
Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time project delivery.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across geographies, including internal teams and external partners.
Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions when needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide regular and proactive updates to senior management on program status, progress, and risks.

Essential Skills : -

Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions and locations.
Minimum
7 years of hands-on experience
in software development, testing, or deployment of scalable software systems.
At least
4 years of experience
managing and delivering complex software programs (as TPM, Development Manager, or Product Manager).
Strong understanding of
software architecture patterns
,
server-side systems
, and
scalable design principles
.
Working knowledge of
APIs, Webhooks, Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
, and system integrations.
Familiarity with
SDLC
, agile methodologies, and program tracking tools.
Good understanding of
product and cloud security fundamentals
.
Experience working with
distributed teams across multiple geographies
.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech
in Computer Science or a related field.
