Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement an integrated performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify high-ROI digital channels including SEM, SEO (conversion-focused), SMM (lead-driven), PPC, Display Ads, and Email nurturing.
• Lead and manage performance marketing agencies and vendors.
• Optimize campaign budgets, performance, and channel mix based on real-time data and ROI metrics.
• Drive A/B testing and use analytics to improve campaign performance and lead generation effectiveness.
• Track and report KPIs such as CPL, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
• Stay current with performance marketing innovations and trends, especially within NBFCs.

Lead Management & Conversion Optimization

• Design a robust, data-driven lead management and nurturing framework.
• Collaborate with sales to align lead handover and improve sales conversion.
• Analyze website and user behavior to optimize conversion funnels.
• Implement CRO strategies across digital assets to improve conversion rates.

Digital Business Projects & Growth Initiatives

• Lead digital initiatives that align with lead acquisition and customer growth.
• Explore new digital channels and technologies to improve acquisition performance.
• Analyze market trends and translate them into impactful digital strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and report on demand generation, campaign reach, website traffic, and keyword authority.
• Evaluate performance across social media, digital campaigns, and paid channels using share-of-voice and relevance metrics.
• Own dashboards and campaign analytics to support data-driven decisions.
