About the Role:

The Program Manager – Director’s Office is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will be entrusted with driving and delivering an extensive range of initiatives spanning administration, operations, events, finance, recruitment, and HR.

The role requires an adaptable, hands-on leader who is equally comfortable strategizing priorities with senior leadership and rolling up their sleeves to ensure that daily operations run seamlessly. This position offers the opportunity to step into multiple functions and business contexts, proactively managing critical workstreams and ensuring that objectives are met with precision and a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day campus administration, including facilities management, housekeeping standards, vendor coordination, and front-office operations.

  • Act as the on-ground point of contact for resolving operational challenges and maintaining smooth functioning across the premises.

Event Management:

  • Take complete ownership of the execution and monitoring of daily events such as

workshops, academic sessions, guest visits, and meetings.

  • Be present at events to ensure readiness, manage logistics end-to-end, and deliver a consistently high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

Travel Coordination:

  • Manage travel arrangements, including bookings, vendor engagement, and itinerary finalization for employees, guests, and leadership.

  • Ensure seamless execution of travel plans and address contingencies with agility.

Finance Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to monitor and manage budgets, forecasts,

and expenditures related to the Director’s Office initiatives.

  • Track and verify expenses, optimize resource utilization, and uphold compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements.

  • Support the development and implementation of financial controls, processes, and documentation.

Recruitment Support & Outreach:

  • Execute targeted outreach efforts to engage prospective candidates through digital platforms, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Assist with coordination of interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling in partnership with the recruitment team.

  • Support special hiring drives or critical talent acquisition projects as needed to meet organizational goals.

Human Resources Execution:

  • Step into HR-related activities, including onboarding coordination, internal engagement initiatives, compliance processes, and employee communications under the guidance of the HR team and the Director.

  • Ensure timely follow-through on HR projects and maintain accurate documentation and tracking of progress.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across diverse functions.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with clear and confident written and verbal communication.

  • Comfortable working independently in a high-paced setting that often requires extended engagement beyond standard hours.

  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities, learn new domains quickly, and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • High level of ownership, dependability, and discretion.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • This is a full-time, six-day, in-campus position (Monday to Saturday).

  • The role requires the flexibility to engage beyond conventional hours as needed to ensure smooth execution of critical deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Vision for the Role:

This position is ideal for professionals who aspire to develop a holistic understanding of how a high-performing organization operates across functions—from campus operations to recruitment to finance. As the Program Manager – Director’s Office, you will be empowered to turn vision into tangible action, bridging strategy with day-to-day execution. Your work will shape how the organization runs, grows, and delivers on its commitments, offering a unique vantage point and an accelerated learning journey for those who bring energy, discipline, and an unrelenting drive to make things happen
