Job Description

Contract Management
: Negotiation and drafting of contracts and JV Agreements. Administration and closeout of contracts.
Commercial Strategy for Business:
Creating strategies to optimize revenue, Business assumption book supported by procurement Plan and mitigate risks associated with project execution. Addressing cost of delays.
Risk Management
: Identifying risks in contracts and execution. Developing mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure. Engaging with Regional Project Heads/PDs.
Change Order and Claim Management
: Managing and approving contract changes, including variations and amendments. Leading the resolution of contractual disputes with clients.
Financial Analysis
: Analyzing financial data and cash flows related to contracts. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and tracking project profitability.
Internal and External Stakeholder Management
:
Collaborating with project managers, Delivery Heads, legal counsel, finance teams, and senior management to ensure alignment on commercial aspects of projects.
Managing the communication with Clients as a KAMs for dispute resolution , performance matter.
Market Analysis
: Staying updated on market trends and regulations for new Business Avenues , create commercial strategies.
Team Leadership
: Leading and mentoring a team of Commercial, Contracts and PBMs. Ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage contracts
