Senior Product Manager – India (Core Product & Dev Team)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager based in India who combines inventive thinking,

strong attention to detail, and a builder’s mindset. You should be someone who has designed

and shipped at least one end-to-end application (professional or personal), demonstrating your

ability to think holistically about a product’s lifecycle, user workflows, and execution.

You’ll lead major product pillars and work closely with engineering to transform conceptual

ideas into functional, high-quality product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is

naturally creative, enjoys exploring unconventional solutions, and brings fresh product ideas to

the table—even if they come from outside the IP domain.

What you’ll do

• Own 1–2 major product domains end-to-end: strategy, ideation, prototyping, roadmap,
• execution, and iteration.
• Bring creative, innovative concepts into the product through brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and workflow experimentation.
• Conduct global user discovery and synthesize insights into inventive product directions and new feature concepts.
• Design and articulate detailed user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns with high attention to detail.
• Partner closely with the India-based engineering team to plan sprints, manage tradeoffs, and ensure shipping quality.
• Create PRDs and prototype-level specifications that clearly communicate problem framing, workflows, and design intent.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across new features, tech debt, and polish in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Define and track OKRs and product metrics; use data to identify opportunities and measure success.
• Mentor junior PMs or product-minded teammates as we grow the team.
• Help establish and refine product processes (grooming, planning, retros, discovery rituals).

What you’ve done

• 6–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably workflow-heavy products.
• Built and shipped at least one end-to-end application (side project, startup, or within a company). This demonstrates your ability to think deeply about user experience, design, edge cases, and technical feasibility.
• Strong track record of building products with distributed engineering teams (India-based experience is ideal).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex feature areas with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with technical topics (APIs, integrations, data models) and speaking engineers’ language.
• Experience working with international customers/stakeholders, especially US-based teams.
• Nice to have:

o Legal-tech, IP, or enterprise compliance product experience

o Early-stage / 0→1 or 1→10 product-building experience
