POSITION
Corporate travelers expect the right accommodation property, with the right details, at the right moment. That’s where Content Cloud comes in. As Senior Product Manager in the team, you’ll take ownership of how hotel and accommodation content is delivered across our platform and various booking channels – ensuring every customer has access to best, most relevant property options fitting their requirements across the globe and every property is represented with accurate, engaging, and complete information.Your focus: design data-driven AI-powered solutions to scale content offering on HRS platform while focusing on high content quality to ensure every booking is informed, trusted, and seamless with ultimate objective to boost conversion, traveller satisfaction, and corporate duty of care.
CHALLENGE
- Define and own the content strategy – setting the vision for how HRS builds trust and drives bookings.
- Automate content onboarding – scale rich property data (photos, amenities, policies etc.) with speed and precision.
- Run experiments that matter – use A/B tests, analytics, and metrics to prove impact on trust, conversion, and onboarding time.
- Build intelligent frameworks – guide your team and stakeholders toward the right opportunities using data-driven decision making.
- Leverage Data, AI and GenAI – experiment with next-gen tools to optimize onboarding, monitoring, and content quality at scale.
- Benchmark and innovate – stay ahead of competitors and introduce differentiators that make HRS the leader in hotel content.
- Collaborate across the ecosystem – from engineering and UX to suppliers and commercial teams, ensuring content works for both business and travelers.
- Inspire with clarity – communicate roadmaps, impact, and priorities transparently to leadership and partners.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- 5+ years in product management roles, especially in travel, content platforms or eCommerce
- Understanding of hospitality tech ecosystems (OTAs, GDS, CRS, channel managers) is a plus
- A customer‑first mindset with strong quantitative and experimental rigor.
- Experience with API-driven content onboarding or large-scale data integration.
- Skilled at stakeholder collaboration across UX, engineering, commercial, operations, and suppliers.
