Senior Procurement Manager

As a Non-IT Procurement Head located in Greater Noida with over 15 years of experience, your role involves managing Global procurement activities for Admin and Non-IT & Admin functions. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing procurement strategies for Admin and Non-IT Infrastructure, covering areas such as House Keeping, Security, Travel, Marketing, HR, Insurance, building leases, and Custom Liasoning. - Leading the end-to-end Non-IT procurement process, from supplier selection to negotiation and contract management. - Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions. - Monitoring market trends and conducting spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Managing supplier relationships through performance evaluation and risk management. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Preparing and presenting procurement reports to senior management. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A masters degree is considered a plus. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in procurement. - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and tools.,
