Job Description

marketing campaign execution, MIS/reporting, operational controls, and digital measurement

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns including offer setup, deployment, QA, and launch readiness.
Act as the primary point of contact for delivery timelines, issue resolution, and execution governance.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

MIS & Reporting

Oversee preparation of operational and performance reports, dashboards, and management scorecards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.

Controls & Governance

Own process, data, and compliance controls across campaign and analytics operations.
Lead checks, reconciliations, audit readiness, and proactive risk mitigation.

Digital Measurement & Analytics

Lead digital measurement initiatives including tagging governance, attribution, and channel performance measurement.
Manage and scale analytics teams (indicative team size ~60 FTEs).
Drive data-driven insights to support optimization and decision-making.

People & Stakeholder Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
Manage staffing, prioritization, and delivery commitments.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Experience & Skills

10+ years
of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or consulting within regulated environments.
Strong experience across
campaign execution, reporting/MIS, and operational controls
.
Proven ability to manage
large, cross-functional teams
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
