• Manage SEM campaigns Google Ads Bing Ads to maximize ROI through paid search and display advertising
• Oversee social media marketing SMM strategies across platforms like Facebook LinkedIn Twitter Instagram etc
• to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Plan and execute programmatic advertising campaigns optimizing ad placements through DSPs and data driven targeting techniques
• Develop manage and optimize email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation automation A B testing and performance analysis
• Track analyze and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Google Ads and social media insights
• Collaborate with content creative and development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies in digital marketing
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists guiding them in executing campaigns effectively
• Assign tasks set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Foster a collaborative and growth oriented team culture by providing training and skill development opportunities

• Required Skills Qualifications
• Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any stream
• 6 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO SEM SMM programmatic advertising and email marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads and other digital advertising platforms
• Experience with DSPs ad exchanges and programmatic bidding strategies
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools
• Hands on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or Google Search Console
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
