Senior Process Lead

Job Description As a member of Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in analysing, identifying, rectifying, and recommending specific improvement measures to enhance the security posture of the organization and protect sensitive information. Your focus will be on ensuring customer centricity by providing appropriate cybersecurity solutions, monitoring and safeguarding log sources and security access, and planning for disaster recovery in case of security breaches. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring attacks, intrusions, and any unusual or unauthorized activity. You will conduct moderately complex log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized access to data or systems. Additionally, you will perform security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of security incidents, as well as handle escalated incidents in 24x7 rotational shifts. Using advanced analytics tools, you will identify emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities, complete tactical security operations tasks, analyse attacks, and provide remedial attack analysis. You will also conduct detailed incident analysis, create reports and dashboards, and coordinate with stakeholders to address cyber security issues and provide future recommendations. Furthermore, you will maintain an information security risk register, assist with internal and external audits related to information security, and contribute to cyber security awareness training for colleagues. Your role will also involve providing advice and guidance to employees on issues such as spam and malicious emails. Key Performance Parameters: 1. Customer Centricity: Timely resolution of security breaches to enhance end users, internal stakeholders, and external customers" experience. 2. Process Adherence: Adherence to SLAs (90-95%), response time, and resolution time TAT.
