As a Senior Process Executive - P&C with 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Property & Casualty Insurance, your role is crucial in ensuring efficient and effective process execution. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success by handling various responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately. - Process insurance claims while ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation. - Conduct thorough claim investigations to validate the authenticity of claims. - Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies. - Provide support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. - Analyze data to identify trends and suggest process improvements. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Assist in developing and implementing new processes and procedures. - Monitor key performance indicators to meet targets. - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
