About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Associate – US Payroll who has strong hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end US payroll processing. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of US payroll regulations, compliance, tax withholdings, and multi-state payroll processing. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to timely and error-free payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Handle end-to-end US payroll processing including data validation, payroll run, reconciliations, and disbursements.

• 
  Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and benefits as per federal and state laws.

• 
  Process and reconcile multi-state payrolls and handle employee tax setups, garnishments, and adjustments.

• 
  Manage and maintain employee payroll records with high confidentiality and accuracy.

• 
  Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and Compliance teams for payroll inputs and issue resolution.

• 
  Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations.

• 
  Generate and review payroll reports, journal entries, and accounting reconciliations.

• 
  Support year-end payroll activities such as W-2 and W-4 processing.

• 
  Stay updated on changes in US payroll laws and taxation to ensure compliance.

• 
  Handle queries and issue resolution related to payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• 
  5–8 years of hands-on experience in US payroll processing (end-to-end).

• 
  Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, including FLSA, FICA, FUTA, and state regulations.

• 
  Experience working with payroll software (such as ADP, Paycom, UltiPro, or similar platforms).

• 
  Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.

• 
  Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• 
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
