Job Description


We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of multi-project delivery, drive

operational excellence, and manage key client relationships. This role is crucial in enabling the

Eucloid’s Management Team to focus on strategic growth, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and

thought leadership, while ensuring seamless execution across accounts.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across multiple high-impact data and AI engagements. You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring

delivery success and growing our footprint within accounts.


Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets

are met

• Oversee cross-functional project teams including data engineers, analysts, and

consultants

• Define and manage delivery plans, scope, risks, and resource allocation

• Ensure adherence to delivery governance, processes, and best practices


Client & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on project delivery matters

• Build strong relationships and drive client satisfaction through proactive communication

and value delivery

• Identify opportunities for account growth and support in expanding existing

engagements


Team & Operational Management

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

• Collaborate with internal functions (e.g., Sales, Solutions, Talent) to ensure delivery

readiness and success

• Support hiring and onboarding of new delivery talent as the team scales


Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:


Background

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or

economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from Top-Tier institution is a plus.

• Minimum 8 years of experience (10+ years a plus) in consulting or analytics role with a

track record of delivering tangible business outcomes for customers.

• 4 years of experience in leading a >4-member team. Handling larger teams is a plus.

• Prior experience in any Data Platforms/Digital commerce function (Modern Data Stack,

Customer Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Automation etc.) is a plus.

• Prior experience in Big-data solutions, at any level of the stack – Data Engineering, ML,

Visualization or Cloud platforms is a plus


Skills

• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing

CXO-level stakeholders a plus.

• Ability to formulate project strategy & roadmap through Metrics and Data-driven

approach.

• Ability to pick-up new technology trends and vocabulary of MarTech stack

• Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Proven track record in leadership and talent development for new hires (including new

graduates).
