As a Presales Consultant at DigiTaiken Tech LLP, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in the sales and business development team by serving as the primary technical expert throughout the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - **Discovery and Qualification**: - Collaborating with the sales team to conduct in-depth discovery sessions and understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives. - Qualifying sales opportunities based on technical feasibility, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). - **Solution Design & Documentation**: - Architecting and designing comprehensive technical solutions utilizing IT services such as cloud migration, cybersecurity, managed services, data analytics, and software development. - Developing high-quality solution documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed implementation roadmaps. - Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client needs. - **RFP/RFI/RFQ Response Management**: - Leading the technical response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs). - Writing clear, persuasive technical responses and ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. - **Market & Product Knowledge**: - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of IT service offerings, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. - Providing feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - **Relationship Building**: - Establishing credibility as a trusted advisor and building strong technical relationships with prospects and clients. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement. Qualifications: - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - **Experience**: 8-10 years in presales, technical consulting, or solutions architecture within the IT services industry. - **Required Skills**: Technical expertise, solution design, RFP response management, technical writing, communication, sales acumen, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, collaboration, time management, adaptability. - **Desired Skills**: Experience in specific industry verticals, knowledge of enterprise applications, relevant technology certifications.
