Job Description

As a Global Delivery Manager, your role will be crucial in managing the overall relationship with the client and leading the Supplier team in alignment with the outsourcing program objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the overall relationship with the client, ensuring the provision of all services as per the Statement of Work (SOW). - Providing oversight and leadership to the Supplier team to promote the objectives of the outsourcing program. - Collaborating with client Program Managers to ensure effective delivery of services. - Directing and managing engagement strategies to meet client requirements and deliverables. - Leading and motivating global teams to achieve goals. - Executing operations management and mitigating service delivery risks. - Engaging with client procurement management for relationship and delivery planning. - Demonstrating proficiency in tools such as Ariba and MS Dynamics, and strong skills in MS Excel. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Graduate with an MBA or Engineering degree. - Demonstrated academic achievement in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law, or Science. - Work experience in consulting, BPM, sourcing, category management, procurement analysis, and reporting. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to summarize information effectively and communicate clearly. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools. - Strong customer service orientation and ability to guide team members on procurement policies and processes. Additionally, it is preferred that you have experience in sourcing and procurement.,
