• Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Manage marketplace visibility, promotions, and growth on Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart and similar platforms.
• Lead SEO strategy — on-page, off-page, and technical — to boost organic traffic & conversions.
• Build & maintain analytics dashboards (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) to track KPIs & fuel decision-making.
• Collaborate with creative, content & social teams to align paid & organic marketing efforts.
• Own digital budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting for complete performance accountability.
• Drive conversion funnel optimization, A/B testing, retargeting, and attribution models to maximize ROI.
  

• 3–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing / growth marketing.
• Strong track record in paid media buying & optimization with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise in ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and scaling campaigns with efficiency.
• Experience in CRO, funnel optimization, attribution tracking, and pixel setups.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, and drip campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Background in F&B, D2C, hospitality, or other consumer-driven industries is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns under pressure while delivering measurable growth.
