Senior People Advisor - HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss with business heads, managers, and team leads pertaining to

    employee productivity

    and

    retention strategies

    .
  • Manage

    employee headcount

    for multiple locations.
  • Conduct

    skip-level meetings

    with employees.
  • Address

    employee grievances and queries

    , conveying resolution status to employees.
  • Coordinate

    induction and new line orientation

  • Serve as an

    escalation path

    for unresolved employee relations issues.
  • Maintain

    attendance and leave management systems

    .
  • Organize events for

    employee recognition, team-building games

    , and celebrating important days.
