Senior Payroll & Compliance Executive

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage the complete payroll process and statutory compliance under Indian regulations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience handling Indian payroll along with working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and related laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for all employees, including attendance, leave, and salary calculations Ensure timely payment of salaries, reimbursements, and statutory dues Handle TDS calculations, deductions, challan payments, and filing of TDS returns Oversee GST compliance, including input reconciliation and coordination with finance team Process and file statutory returns such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund Maintain and update employee records related to salary, deductions, and benefits Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits or inspections Generate monthly payroll reports, Form 16, salary slips, and other statutory forms Address employee queries related to payroll and taxation Ensure adherence to current payroll laws, amendments, and statutory changes Key Skills & Competencies : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Indian payroll and statutory compliance Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax rules Hands-on experience with payroll software and Excel-based reporting Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high volumes with accuracy Experience : 3 - 5 Years Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Location : Ahmedabad Interested candidates can share your CV on this number : 7041881862 Email ID : sneha@vrecruitfirst.com Show more Show less
