Senior Payroll & Compliance Executive

You will be responsible for overseeing GST compliance, including input reconciliation and coordination with the finance team. You will also process and file statutory returns such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund. Additionally, maintaining and updating employee records related to salary, deductions, and benefits will be part of your role. You will need to coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits or inspections. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax rules. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high volumes with accuracy. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and be available to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Ahmedabad.
