Role Overview

As a

Senior Partnerships Manager

at GrowthSchool, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth, brand visibility, and revenue opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create win-win partnerships with corporates, startups, communities, and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across corporates, communities, and ecosystem stakeholders.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.Drive collaborations with industry leaders, influencers, and organizations to co-create impactful programs.Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.Monitor partnership performance, analyze ROI, and report outcomes to leadership.Represent GrowthSchool at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries).Strong network across corporates, communities, and start-up ecosystems is a plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
