Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Manager - Operations at STEP, a Chennai-based digital education startup and a division of The Hindu, your role will involve leveraging your 8-12 years of experience in Project Management and customer relationship management to contribute towards our mission of using technology to close India's skills gap. You will be responsible for overseeing the Project management of all projects, including large-scale Govt projects, ensuring that B2B (Corporate & Higher Ed) projects are delivered within the specified Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction, and retaining existing B2B clients will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will mentor and manage the Project & Delivery Teams to achieve Project Milestones, drive process improvement, documentation, and compliance for all B2B Projects. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Tech, Training, Content, Sales, and Finance teams will be necessary to ensure flawless project delivery and process compliance, ultimately leading to revenue optimization through increased efficiency and reduced costs. Ideal candidates for this role should have experience in handling corporate clients, preferably in the Ed-Tech/Higher Education domain, along with expertise in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, and proficiency in MS Office.
