● Engage with Subscribers across their subscription journey with regular and novel campaigns – Paid Subscriber engagement will be your primary KPI
● Work with Product and Marketing teams to manage campaigns, improve engagement, and drive customer lifetime value
● Map user journeys with actions to improve engagement from the existing user base, and work with the Retention team to reduce paid user churn
● Understand the overall market and conduct user surveys to identify gaps in current service delivery mechanisms and user expectations, and identify opportunities to boost engagement/revenues
● Analyze subscriber and non-subscriber data and derive insights on user behavior
BTech/BE from a Tier-1 institute or relevant entrepreneurial experience in a high-growth start-up.
At least 1 year of experience in driving revenues/subscriptions/growth/engagement in a Marketing, Growth or Product capacity, preferably.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail.
Experience with industry-standard Data Analytics tools and Marketing Automation platforms
Strong people skills and the ability to influence people to get things done - This is critical, as there are multiple stakeholders in the business.
