You will also be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be ableto multitask with ease and proficiency. Along with this, you are also responsible for the regularand often daily interactions with all the company departments/ campaign team leaders and thewhole management team. Maintain an open line of communication between staff and seniormanagement. You will manage and staff the operations assigned. You will also be responsiblefor all aspects of operations which include but not limited to monitoring operations staffing,provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problemresolution and the like. What else? Well, you will also develop individual & team goals andimplement a plan to carry out objectives. You will guide Operations Managers in a meeting of allteam & individual goals. Along with this, you must ensure compliance with all establishedpolicies and procedures. So, what is it we're looking for? Well, since this is a Senior Operations Manager post, we needsomeone who already has the skills to even call themselves a Senior Operations Manager! Inother words, someone who has at least 3 years of related working experience, preferablysomeone who has experience in being a Senior Manager/Director specializing in BPOOperations and Management or equivalent.We need someone who has handled at least 600 FTEs. Someone with strong computerskills, especially in using MS Office applications and Google applications. We need someonewho's responsible and has a good track record of meeting and delivering targets. Someonewho can articulate him/herself well enough with others, like teammates and clients. Sodefinitely someone with excellent verbal and written communication and customer serviceskills.We need someone who can multitask and work in a fast-paced high-stress environment.Someone who can lead and is great in analyzing situations and data. Someone who has theability to build productive business relationships with clients. Someone who has strongorganizational, analytical and managerial skills.
