Senior Operations Manager

As a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager, your role will involve overseeing daily business operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow across all departments. - Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. - Work closely with leadership to translate company goals into operational strategies and action plans. - Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare reports for management review. - Collaborate with HR, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cross-functional coordination. - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations. - Lead, mentor, and guide operational teams to meet performance targets. - Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for process optimization. - Ensure high standards of work quality, compliance, and accountability across functions. - Drive initiatives that enhance employee productivity and overall organizational effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 7-10 years of proven experience in operations or business management. - Strong understanding of business processes, planning, and performance monitoring.
