Senior Operations Manager For CA Firm

Role: Senior Audit and Compliance Manager Department: Audit and Compliance Team Level: Senior Location: On-Site, Pune Location Summary: The Senior Manager will oversee audit processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead audit initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough audits, updating himself about the latest regulatory changes and implementing the same on practical projects, handling and managing compliances, and providing actionable recommendations to the inhouse team and client's team. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with compliance policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Planning, initiating and execution of Audits (Income Tax, Statutory and GST Audits) with coordination with the team and stakeholders Guiding and directing the team to conduct the audits. Drafting and Preparing Litigation documents and letters and coordinating with the clients for the same. Preparing and handling day to day tasks such as certifications, projections, resolution documents, etc. Reporting to the process coordinator on day to day basis about the tasks completed and work done. Providing updates to the team on latest developments, amendments and changes required in daily routine practice.   Key Qualities we seek: Proficiency in Income Tax and GST Compliance and Compliance Management Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Audit processes through IT Expertise in letter drafting and data accumulation for Litigation matters Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work onsite in Pune and collaborate with diverse teams   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce CA Final or CA Intermediate with Completed Article-ship Fresher CA with 1 or 2 Years of experience in CA Firm
