Senior Audit and Compliance Manager

As a Senior Audit and Compliance Manager at Chirag Sancheti and Associates, you will play a crucial role in overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading audit initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough audits, staying updated on the latest regulatory changes, managing compliances, and providing actionable recommendations to both the in-house team and clients" teams. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with compliance policies and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Planning, initiating, and executing audits (Income Tax, Statutory, and GST Audits) in coordination with the team and stakeholders - Guiding and directing the team in conducting audits - Drafting and preparing litigation documents and letters, and coordinating with clients - Handling day-to-day tasks such as certifications, projections, resolution documents, etc. - Reporting to the process coordinator on a daily basis regarding completed tasks and work done - Providing updates to the team on the latest developments, amendments, and changes required in daily practice **Key Qualities we seek:** - Proficiency in Income Tax and GST Compliance, and Compliance Management - Strong analytical skills and experience in audit processes through IT - Expertise in letter drafting and data accumulation for litigation matters - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with diverse teams **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce - CA Final or CA Intermediate with Completed Article-ship - Fresher CA with 1 or 2 years of experience in a CA Firm Joining Chirag Sancheti and Associates will make you an integral part of the firm's hyper-growth phase, where innovation, transparency, and ownership are valued.
