Senior Operations Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to act as the Point of Contact (PoC) for all our franchise partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, partner onboarding, or account management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication between our franchise partners and internal teams, resolving queries efficiently, and supporting the successful launch and onboarding of new franchise centres. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between franchise partners and internal departments. Address and resolve partner queries by coordinating with relevant internal teams (training, HR, marketing, operations, etc.). Manage end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partners, including documentation, system setup, and training schedules. Support and coordinate the launch of new franchise centres, ensuring all operational aspects are ready. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Provide regular updates and reports on partner concerns, feedback, and resolution timelines. Collaborate closely with senior management to improve partner experience and operational efficiency. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in client engagement, key account management, or partner onboarding roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing franchise operations or working in a partner-centric business model. Familiarity with operational workflows in the education, training, or service industry.
