About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Key Account Executive to manage relationships with our corporate partners. The role involves regular travel to client locations, ensuring smooth training delivery for candidates placed in corporates, and acting as the key point of contact between Crack-ED and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.

• Travel to client sites to oversee candidate training and ensure quality standards are met.

• Act as the bridge between corporates, placed candidates, and internal teams.

• Monitor candidate performance during training and address concerns proactively.

• Share feedback and insights from corporates to help improve training programs.

• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving queries.

• Assist the team in identifying opportunities for strengthening existing partnerships.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (any discipline).

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or corporate relations (freshers open to travel may also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues with agility.

• A proactive and professional approach with problem-solving skills.
