• Deep expertise in

  Java/Spring Boot microservices

  in production environments
• Hands-on experience with

  Kafka, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

• Strong background in

  observability & monitoring

  (Datadog, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Familiarity with

  ITIL-aligned processes

  ; strong bias for

  DevOps & SRE principles

• Proven

  leadership & mentorship

  skills with cross-functional influence

• Take ownership of

  mission-critical production systems

• Lead reliability & automation efforts across distributed platforms
• Work with

  modern tools & cloud-native technologies
