Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer pain points.
