Coordinate and oversee test activities across teams; identify and implement automation opportunities. Deliver unit and functional test cases for all implemented features and solutions. Required Qualifications: Domain experience in the medical devices industry is mandatory. Proven hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing of Windchill PLM . In-depth understanding of multiple Windchill modules and their functional workflows. Strong proficiency in Selenium for test automation (preferred). Experience designing and developing test automation scripts. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Cucumber , or other BDD tools (preferred). Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
