Job Description

As a Vice President of IT Sales at SAAP Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, leading enterprise sales strategies, and expanding market presence across global and domestic IT markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue goals. - Leading, mentoring, and managing regional/national/international sales teams. - Identifying new business opportunities across IT services, digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, and product engineering solutions. - Building and maintaining strong C-level client relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers. - Collaborating with delivery, marketing, and product teams to create customized IT solutions for clients. - Driving partnerships and alliances with technology providers and system integrators. - Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor movements to refine sales strategies. - Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and closure. - Monitoring key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline management. - Representing the organization at industry events, client meetings, and global conferences. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. - 15+ years of experience in IT sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets. - Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation solutions. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experience in managing global accounts and large enterprise clients. - Strategic thinker with analytical and decision-making capabilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Annual revenue growth and profit margins. - Sales pipeline health and conversion ratio. - Team performance and productivity metrics. - Market expansion and brand visibility.
