Sr. No. Responsibilities

1. To ensure IPQA activity during manufacturing and packing operation.

2. To give the line clearance as per respective SOP, BMR/BPR checklist.

3. To perform in process checks at different stages of manufacturing and packing operation.

4. To perform AQL and final inspection of finished goods.

5. To ensure strict GMP & GDP compliance at the shop floor.

6. To ensure strict compliance of written procedure at the shop floor.

7. To review BMR and BPR at every stage of manufacturing/packing and closing of the same.

8. Verification of dispensed raw and packing materials at staging.

9. To collect stability sample, validation sample and sample for analysis (Chemical and Microbiological) and control sample as per procedure and frequency defined in SOPs.

10. To ensure timely submission of collected samples to QC/QA, as applicable.

11. To ensure implementation of Data Assurance and Reliability practices at the shop floor.

12. To ensure timely submission of reviewed documents (BMR, BPR, Protocols etc.) to QA documentation team.

13. To verify the online rejected materials and return of excess packing material.

14. Inform the immediate supervisor about deviation observed related to the Standard operating procedure & Approved BMR/BPR instructions at shop floor.

15. To ensure the monthly review of log book of manufacturing and packing.

16. To ensure all the activities of Nutra I & II area.

17. Any other work assigned by immediate Superior/Reporting Manager/HOD.

Experience

Tenure: 4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
