Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Chilling Centres:

  • Audit operations, milk handling, hygiene, and quality compliance.

  • EKO HMB:

  • Verify milk collection through analyzers, test samples, and check for fake producer entries.

  • Farm Vendors:

  • Assess contract, quality, and traceability compliance; identify supply chain risks.

  • ABC & AH:

  • Audit milk collection and feed/product distribution as per SOPs.

  • Transshipment Points:

  • Check inventory accuracy, transit handling, and logistics safety compliance.

  • HDC & HD – Fresh:

  • Review storage, inventory, and distribution efficiency; suggest loss-reduction measures.

  • Institutional Distributors & CFAs:

  • Audit agreements, inventory turnover, and service levels; suggest performance improvements.

  • HDI Plus, ICP & IBACO:

  • Check food safety, product quality, and service compliance; suggest operational enhancements.

  • AEC & SSO (Modern Trade):

  • Review operational efficiency, energy standards, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Vendors & Transporters:

  • Evaluate contract adherence, delivery reliability, and logistics risks.

  • Landlords:

  • Audit lease compliance, property maintenance, and safety standards.

  • Marketing Activities:

  • Review in-shop, school, door-to-door, curd, and ice-cream campaigns; assess effectiveness.

  • IBACO Stock Audit:

  • Develop and conduct stock audits; ensure inventory accuracy and cost control.

  • Special Investigations:

  • Conduct incident-specific audits as per management direction.
