Senior Officer - Operations and Formulations

Key Responsibilities: 1.Research & Development- - Read about the role of Antioxidants in Cosmetics, Food and Animal Feed Industry - Understand the chemistry, role, mechanism of action and application of the molecule Vitamin E (Natural Tocotrienol) in Cosmetics, Food and Animal Feed Industry - Support documentation of development processes and testing procedures in Factory Operations - Learn and apply Product Application principles in practical - Coordinate and facilitate project completion with consultants for new product development 2.Technical Operations- - Participate in Production, laboratory testing and analysis of Vitamin-E based products - Help maintain laboratory equipment and supplies - Support pilot-scale trials under supervision 3.Product Development- - Help prepare product prototypes incorporating Vitamin E ingredients - Map all the testing required to validate the efficacy of the product - Assist in data collection and analysis 4.Quality & Compliance- - Learn and follow food safety protocols, FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements. - Maintain accurate laboratory records and test data - Assist in quality control testing - Support documentation requirements for regulatory compliance - Learn and understand the regulatory requirements of FSSAI - Assist in regulatory compliances Technical Skills - Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques - Sound knowledge of formulations, market research and Good English is a must - Ability to follow standard operating procedures - Basic data analysis and reporting skills - Computer literacy (MS Office, basic data analysis) Soft Skills - Strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally - Good attention to detail - Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team - Good written and verbal communication skills.
